Our chimney was built really strangely with multiple layers of chimney / brick and required two extra days to tear down because of the complexity of it. "Everything went great. He called because he was available early and wanted to know if it would be ok to come earlier then planned. When he arrived, he introduced himself and verified the scope of work requested. He went straight to work. When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions. It was only $150 for the inspection and cleaning and I received my receipt with the pictures he had taken within minutes. He was quick, clean and very professional. "Did a very good job. The owner, Steve Parker; was here everyday! He inspected our roof. Steve then came back to verify the insurance adjustment would work. He was here constantly. We had weather issues, it was 90 + degrees. He was very accommodating with our schedule. They arrived on time or early ea. day. He worked with us to get the best shingles. And they put on the rubber guard around the gutters for ice and water to keep the snow from melting and getting under the shingles. They were very, very thorough. We had just finished landscaping. He made sure to protect my landscaping and made sure the shingles didn't fall off the roof. They also removed an old furnace exhaust stack and put in a new piece of decking and shingled over it. What they thought would be a 2 day job was done in 1 day and they didn't cut any corners. We were very, very happy with them. There wasn't any down time; they worked from the moment they got here to they finished. When he found out it was my birthday; I had run some errands. When I got back, there was a cake and a card waiting for me!! That was so unexpected! Very thoughtful!"
