They told us they are completing another job and could come in 2 hours. They were in hour house in less then 2 hours gave us 3 options for replacing the pump and completed the job before noon so we had time to run our errands. I have nothing to compare it to but it seemed that a broader auger might have boared thru the roots more efficiently.I believe it was only 2.5 inches vs the wide variety of water jet heads which you use primarily. Nomatter....I am satisfied that my drain s open. I can't comment accurately o bang for my buck as I have nothing to compare with;however I am happy to not be mucking thru the flooded basement and compliment the fellows on their determination!"
