"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"My complaints were that in the quoted price, my cover was to be removed, washed, folded up, and put in my garage. I washed it and folded it with my son in law later with no price drop. His son had put the "eyeballs" in the pool on both ends, and directed them in the wrong direction, so I had no circular movement of water. I had to loosen them and redirect them myself. Also, he left in such a hurry, he didn't realize there was a big leak at my sand filter head. I had to have my son in law come a fix that. Safe to say, he would have probably fixed the above had we not been chatting so much. If I had realized all the above, he probably would have rectified them all, even the cover left for me with no difference in price. As a pool pro, talking or not, I think he should have verified all was well before leaving!"

"They were very professional and polite. I need a new hot water heater. However the opening to the attic isn’t big enough so I need to cut the ceiling drywall cause they don’t perform that service in order for them to put in a new hot water heater"

"Pool Assembly Professionally, Jeremy is very professional with his knowledge of work. If he see things arenâ t going right he will make an effort to get it done right even if that mean change personal. His crew is extremely busy with other jobs but Jeremy will come when needed. Cleanliness, Iâ ll give it a 4.5 because I had to break some boxes for recycling but it wasnâ t a problem. Overall will I recommend this company, the answer is a big fat YESSSSSS.. ð"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
