Our concrete was raised noticeably and our issue resolved at the time of the work. "Great! The inspector who came for the free estimate was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He was the first of three I got. The project was the same for all estimates... the entire basement perimeter with a waterproofing system and a sump pump system. He didn't try to "sell" me MANY other unnecessary products like one of the companies. He explained what and why everything was for. He followed up a day later and I called back to schedule the work a week later after my last estimate. His was $4900, another was $5500 and one company was $8200! The crew arrived at 8:30am on a Friday morning and worked hard all day. They sent "extra guys" to finish in one day, I really liked that part. The guys worked hard and cleaned up great. I asked them about hauling away a few extra things of mine and they did. The crew manager walked through everything with me at the end and made sure I was happy, Job very well done All-Star Basements, I would highly recommend this company!"
