They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. He was thorough, informative, and provided excellent service in his work. I'm very glad that Sean was the technician sent to us and I would specifically request him for your projects."

"The contractor arrived on a day I was out of town. They did good work repairing our front porch cracks, sidewalk, and step cracks as well as the cracks in our side yard patio concrete slab. However, the crew missed our backyard patio area completely that was written into the contract. More importantly, they demanded my wife pay them on the spot or they would leave. My wife asked to delay payment until I arrived home later in the day to inspect! Since the crew supervisor missed the backyard patio area, I had to call Danielle to reschedule a second visit. The first reschedule date was canceled due to rain in the area. They return the next day to complete the job!! I would not highly recommend this company although I appreciated their mailed advertising materials that showed their many projects and the ways to use them. Marcus, the front-end sales rep did a great job explaining everything the company did with a breakdown of all costs related to each option. Would recommend if you decide to use them to ensure you read your contract carefully to know what you are paying for and that the crew on site reads it too so the work can be completed in one day!"

"It went very well. Roberto's team came in, very respectful of our home, and work hard each day efficiently and completing their work in a week. The french drain going across the front of our house looks great! The foundation has been stabilized and cracks in our walls either gone or minimized. Roberto, Alan, and Jose worked extremely well together making huge accomplishments each day. They needed to repour the concrete slab on our front porch. The slab is beautiful! That was not luck. They waited long into the evening to ensure the slab was smooth and level! A dedication to perfection! The work crew (Todd and Brian) were very prompt, professional, focused, efficient, and diligent. Having had a bad job done by a cheaper contractor previously, Ogburn Construction came in and did everything properly and correctly for my exposed aggregate concrete driveway, walks, and Portland cement basketball court. Professionally power washed all concrete pavement, removed old wood expansion joints in the driveway, tediously cleaned and sealed all the cracks and joints, and applied top sealer for a beautiful and durable finish."

"Initially Great! Jason came out and was very honest and knowledgeable. He shared what he would recommend to help with my structural damage / cracks and promptly sent out a report. After I made my decision to secure their services the contact  was lacking. A timeline or update would of put my mind at ease between the time they received the deposit and the actual services started. The work started and each day there was progress. Totally pleased. The final walk through: - Had a sticking door and was shown a trick to correct that by placing a rag in the door jam, the soil placed back in the ground was lumpy and full of brick/stone, brick mortar was not the right color but thought it would just lighten as it dried. A few months later...the mortar is definitely not the right color, there isn't a strap to hold down my downspouts and one of the downspouts fell off. I haven't contacted the company to correct as I will just live with the color and rig my own downspouts. The great news is I feel secure about the foundation work.
