"Call them. You can trust them. I've already posted a review for the refrigerator. When another company left me hanging last Christmas, G H came to the rescue. Where the other company told me I'd have to have a repair and left me hanging for over a week for parts that the company could never get, Cory from G H told me in 5 min. that a repair would not work. I had to get a new refrigerator, but I appreciated his speed and honesty. My dishwasher is now making a funny noise during part of the cycle, so I immediately called G H. Cory was scheduled with me again. This time we talked on the phone and I was able to describe more clearly what was happening, He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that he could fix it, but it would take time to get a part and the repair would be more than just buying a new machine. Again, I appreciated his honesty and took his advice, so he never came to the house. I would rather deal with an honest person and pay whatever it costs (or doesn't). The next time I need an appliance worked on, G H will be my first call."

"The project took just under 2 weeks because we had to order parts. The initial visit was next day and they were very thorough in running diagnostics and understanding everything that was not working correctly. The unit was just under 5 yrs old - GE front load. We own 2 and were surprised that this one failed after having a new board installed less than a year ago. The initial visit had a higher than expected trip charge. I was expecting $50 and it was $150, with an additional $150 on the next visit because they needed a 2nd person to help with repairing in tight quarters and having to dimantle 2 side by side stackables to get at the washer. At first I wasn't happy with this, but considering the amount of time they were here both visits, the labor seemed reasonable. The parts were what I would expect to pay, but I was initially told 1 yr warranty on parts and the work, but told 5 months warranty on the parts when I paid. Was told these were new parts and I have no reason to think they are refurb. Overall the repair job was a little higher than I'd like, but other repair companies told me the same and some suggested just replacing the unit. The problem is, if replacing the unit might have issues with getting proper brackets to go with the dryer we have and we were not going to buy a whole new set when it would be cheaper to fix the washer even it it is expensive to fix. The techs were courteous and professional. They used show covers without being asked. Gave us updates on the progress. They were also very careful not to damage the walls in tight quarters. Overall satisified and would use them again."

"I needed an estimate on multiple appliance repairs. I complete project for one microwave which was the easiest to fix. The second was oven temperature gauge and that will be fixed when pumpkin season/baking season is upon us. The last is a washer past its prime and he recommended replacement vs fixing. Knowledge is power. I will use American Appliance Repair again. Thank you again."
