One year after service was performed, they called and said they should come out and inspect the repairs. Sounds like a good idea but they wanted $100 to $200. And every year after that the same thing will happen (a call and a charge). I didn't have the one year inspection done. I just wanted the work to be completed and that's it. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

While we understand there are always costs left out of these deals our last meeting with the contractor left us a bid of $8980.00 for siding replacement of less then 1200 sq. feet. Additionally our big deal price of $1049.00 for is now being called a deposit on the overall job and not the 10% cost after a 90% savings on the $11,000.00 they claim 2,000 sq. feet of siding replacement costs."
