"A new to us home had severe mold overtake our basement when
the humidity soared while we we on vacation.  We really had a situation.
We looked up Custom Craft on Angie's List.  We called left a message and Rich called right back.
He came out and gave us a analysis and quote within 1 day.  We were reluctant to trust a contractor based on 
a recent bad experience. We decided to proceed with Custom Craft - we really needed to act fast.
My trust was well placed.  They came out and put a mind boggling amout of equipment
in our home to make it safe to live in.  They ripped out everything infected, dry wall, remodeling lumber, insulation, 
which was several days for the crew.  The sorted our personal items and saved many of them.  They
then cleaned and disinfected our basement.
This was an unpleasant project and a lot of work.  
They got it done to make our home safe and protected our home investment.

Also - I recommend a good 60-100 pint dehumidifier in your basement.
If your basement was sheet rocked in the 70-80's,
you may want to  explore whats behind the drywall.
Basements require special remodeling practices and
they did not do it right back them.

"We had a lot of communication with Cory before the job started to make sure we were on the same page with what we wanted to have done.  All of our phone calls and emails were returned right away.  We were on vacation when they started the job, but Cory kept us up to date with what was happening and even sent us a picture of the first day.  When we got home from vacation, we were impressed with how things went while we were gone.  They were still working on the roof and replacing the windows, and the crew was at our house early every morning and stayed late on a couple of days.  Replacing a roof is a messy job, but they kept our yard, street, and driveway clear of debris, and made sure everything was cleaned up and put away before they left each day.  The dumpster was removed the day after they were done with it.  Throughout the entire process, the crew that was working on the house was always open to answering any questions we had, and even helped us replace some siding before the gutters went on.  This was definitely a company that I would recommend to my family and friends.  From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and was handled professionally, and our house looks great!"

"I hardly give reviews but when I receive an excellent service from Argo Glass I can't keep it to myself alone because writing this piece might go a long way to help others with making the right decision. Argo Glass was very helpful; they did an excellent job by fixing my rotten wooden window frames. For me, I was thinking of replacing it with an aluminum frame but from the recommendation I received from a friend of mine about the uniqueness of their job I decided to call them for the repair. In my mind, it seems like an impossible mission……..as if I was waiting for them to fail in order to satisfy my doubt even though a friend recommended them. But after they finished the repair, oh gosh! The windows are as good as new. My greatest regret would have been me not adhering to my friend’s advice. They work with a lot of carefulness and take their time to ensure that they gave the best service which to my observations gives the best result. "He took before and after pictures of problems requiring fixes. I had a new roof put on a couple of years ago. There were numerous nail heads not caulked. Gaps between chimney a flashing, some cracks in top of chimney cap, and misc other issues. He took care of everything. He inspected my ridge vent and showed me pictures of damage done by an animal, probably a raccoon, where shingle taps on the top of the ridge vent had been torn off. There were teeth marks in some shingles on top of vent. He quoted me a price to come back to repair the damaged areas. The price for that was very fair and I had him come back and do the additional work. Very satisfied with the entire experience."
