"I thought Clearwater Plumbing has very good customer service. Larry called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time at our scheduled appointment. The office gave me the hourly rate and about how long it would take to complete the job. The job went longer than anticipated because I needed some extra parts, which Larry had to make a run to the hardware store to pick up. Larry was very neat and felt he did a nice job. I thought the labor was high, but I don't think it was any higher than anyone else. I was satisfied with the work done."
