Neil took the time after to explain everything that was done today and how to use the new thermostat. The basement was definitely cleaner than before they got here! "The first guy that came out misdiagnosed the problem.  We had to have them come out again.  He didn't charge us, and did the correct repair.  They were OK with pricing.  Most repair places don't apply the service call charge to the repair charge, but Sears did.  The first person I talked to on the phone didn't know what she was talking about.  That call was very challenging, possibly because of a language barrier.  I would use them again."
