"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"Mike, the Raynor technician, showed up on time (and the office kept me very well informed of arrival time). Mike was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He explained exactly what was causing my electrical problems and offered four different options (with quotes) for repair. I chose not to move forward because the expense didn't justify the issue (a personal choice of mine), but I must say that I will certainly hire Raynor in the future. Great company!"

"they got to my home when they said they would. the tec check out my ac unit ,he said i needed a relay he replaced it and the unit ran the same as before. he would not reinstall the old relay even though the new one did not make my unit work. he said the unit was low on coolant how did he know that when the unit would not keep running? i am mad at myself for not speeking up enough when the tec was at my home. he did not give me a bill, I still do not know what i was charged. After my service call a manager called me. We spoke for some time and he agreed with me and give me a credit for the service call. A hired them to install my new AC system. Two men came on a Saturday they worked very well togeather they installed the new system and cleaned up after them self. I am very pleased with there work. The new system works great. And the price was inline with other AC companys."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

I had come home and heard the water alarm and found my sump pump dead and water beginning to overflow into the basement. I called Rob and he made it over and repaired the pump. "The company was available, courteous, and knowledgeable.  They scheduled someone to come to the house within two days.  The technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.
They resolved all of our immediate needs and clearly explained options regarding wiring our house for a generator.  We lost power for more than a week twice in the two years we've lived in our home and, although we have a generator, there was no way to power the heating unit, the hot water heater, or the well pump as these are all hard wired into the electrical panel.
The technician explained that the best and safest way to provide power to our utilities during an outage was to provide a secondary electrical panel which would have services for the utilities and then provide an outlet to plug the generator into that would power these items.  The company provided a reasonable quotation for the services.
