"Moose and the team at Complete Heating and Cooling / Complete Construction were excellent to work with. 3 business days after signing the contract equipment is on-site and installing the header units. A day or two after that (mainly due to weather) the condenser was installed. The HVAC had to be charged and with any other contractor a homeowner would be thinking "when is he coming back?" - I didn't have to chase them down they came to me and within a day they setup a time to come and charge the units up ensure there were no leaks. Very professional and I look forward to future projects as they cover a vast array of construction areas."

"Called after 530pm on Saturday night. Received call back in 5 minutes with attempt to trouble shoot. In did not fix the problem and technician was dispatch and arrived within 20 minutes. Greg upon arrived identified himself and immediately started servicing furnace. Diagnosed that furnace fan limit control switch was not functioning and needed to be replaced. I noted that he tested the switch 3 times before confirming. Being a part not on truck, Greg apologized for not being able to fix the furnace tonight. He ordered the part ,advising parts warehouse closed until Monday morning. He advised me to call office after 10AM Monday if I don’t hear from main office. Greg was professional and courteous throughout the service call explaining everything he performed. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"I contacted a couple of contractors to get estimates on both a first floor full size bath and a 2nd floor 1/2 size bath that I was looking to extend into a partial wasted closet space in order to add a shower. After a few consultations, I decided that I would need to hold off on the upstairs conversion, since the design ideas and the estimates received were all over the place. I focused on getting the downstairs bath done. I chose Statewide once Juan (the owner) was willing to work with me in order to ensure I had limited access to use the shower, since it was the only one in the house. His team made sure for the 1st few days of the project that plastic was placed around the shower area, so that it was usable.
I had some concerns about the type of tiles used that the quality would not hold up under constant use, but Juan convinced me that they would and had used them on several other projects. I was hesitant, but Juan ensured me that if there was an issue he would take care of it, so I went with what he suggested. They do look good in the room. There were some grout issues, but again Juan ensured me if there was any problems he would fix.
The team did everything possible to protect my home by covering doors, floors and furniture, and they made every effort to clean up each night as well as when the project was completed.
There was an unexpected small nuance once the foundation was opened: a small leak in the sewer pipe behind the wall which was patched up.
While Juan and team were finishing up this project, I alerted him to a smaller project I wanted to have fixed in my basement. The portion of the sewer pipe in the basement had all kinds of additional pipes that flowed to it that were hanging low or attached at awkward angles. I also wanted to change the very old pipes that were attached to the washing machine and move it over so that the dryer could fit next to it. The dryer had been diagonally opposite it making it a bit uneasy and taking up space where it was at.
Juan came back a couple of weeks later changed the portion of the sewer pipe in the basement, replaced several other pipes, added a washer box for the laundry faucets, and replaced my utility sink with a new one I had brought. The end result looks great.
Overall, I am satisfied with both jobs. Well done!

"

Came promptly at appointment  time

Completed the hot water heater flush and set the temperature for me.

Checked all plumbing connections and made recommendations about what was good and what needed attention

Gave me a written estimate of what recommended repairs would cost if I chose to do them.

No pressure from them to do them now.

Very courteous and pleasant.

"I had insurance for the water line but the company's provider was unresponsive. I finally had to take matters into my own hands as the leak was going on for almost 3 weeks. Rupcoe came immediately, coordinated the heavy equipment needed and performed the repair in one day. The plumber was top notch. I am totally satisfied with Rupcoe and will always use them for my plumbing needs. They are the best."

"We needed a plumber and went on Angie`s List.  We chose Amonte Plumbing & Heating.  It was a good choice.  Bruce was very nice and did efficient and good work.  He put cloths on the floor and cleaned up everything when he was done.  We need some other work done and feel he is someone we can call and trust to do a good job.

FAQs for sewer main install, replace or repair projects in Frenchtown, NJ

Most trenchless sewer line replacements can be completed within one to three days, though this varies based on your situation. Simple repairs on accessible lines might be finished in hours, while complex systems or challenging soil conditions could extend the timeline. The reduced excavation requirements result in faster completion compared to traditional trenching methods.

Trenchless pipe lining may reduce the interior diameter of your pipes, which could affect flow capacity in already narrow lines. This method also requires the existing pipe to maintain sufficient structural integrity to support the new liner. Severely collapsed sections, major joint separations, or completely misaligned pipes might not be suitable candidates for lining and could require alternative approaches.

Trenchless sewer pipe liners are rated to last up to 50 years when properly installed and maintained. Actual longevity depends on installation quality, usage patterns, and environmental factors like soil movement or tree root intrusion. Regular maintenance and avoiding problematic disposal practices (like flushing non-biodegradable items) can help maximize your system's operational lifespan.

Trenchless technology availability varies by region, with greater accessibility in metropolitan and suburban areas where specialized contractors operate. Some rural locations may have limited access to trenchless equipment and expertise. Local regulations and soil conditions also influence availability. A professional assessment of your property and local contractor options will determine if trenchless methods are feasible for your specific location.

Professional video inspection provides the most reliable assessment of whether your sewer issues suit trenchless repair. Generally, pipes with moderate damage, like small cracks, minor leaks, or partial blockages, respond well to trenchless techniques. Completely collapsed sections, severe misalignments, or extensive structural failures might require traditional excavation. Consulting with contractors who offer both methods ensures you receive unbiased recommendations.

Quality trenchless sewer replacement often includes a workmanship guarantee from the contractor. The specific terms vary by company and region, but many professionals stand behind their installation for at least one year. Material warranties may extend longer, depending on the pipe products used. Always request written warranty information before hiring, and understand exactly what's covered and what might void your protection.
