"The product is a bit pricey but the concept of the product does seem to be the best on the market and appears to work well. The Project Mgr stays on the site and takes pictures when it is completed so you can view the upper gutters. My only drawback was the "cleanout gutters" part of the contract. They pulled the junk out of the gutters but did not do anything with the downspouts or check to see if they were blocked. I had to get them to go back up with the hose to flush out blockage like any other gutter cleaning co. would do! After they left I had to clean out gutter debris from my landscape and around on my patio."

"Gutter pros sent 2 people to my house to go over all the details and give me an estimate.  They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions - even those I didn't even know I had.  They showed up on time and had a sample of the product for me to look at.  I did not decide on the spot as it was a big investment, and was thankful they did not pressure me.  I called them after about 5 days and we agreed on a final price and signed the contract.  It was installed early Feb 2015 - about 1 week after I signed the contract.  It took 1 person about 2 hours to do the work.  So far it looks nice and strong.  The real test will be in the fall when all the leaves fall to see how it holds up.  I am looking forward to never having to see leaves flowing out of my gutters and not having to worry about cleaning them out.  I will update in October to write how they hold up.

I wasn't too worried about the deal, wanted to find a person that would do good work, and wanted build an ongoing relationship. Rich ended up doing the gutters, and pressure washing, and then suggested a gutter guard product for install and completed the entire job within a week of the initial meeting. I'll be using him for any future pressure washing work, and appreciated how he followed thru after the initial meeting."
