"This was over Labor Day Weekend. We called Tuesday after the holiday, so we were not sure if we could find someone on short notice. They were able to send the repairman out 2 1/2 hours after we called, which we thought was great with the holiday. The repairman arrived when expected. He did seem a little overworked and seemed a little annoyed to begin with. I asked him to give me some tips on keeping my door in good shape. He was more than willing to show me. He replaced the springs quickly. In addition, he made adjustments to the door and lubricated all the hinges.
