"Great, provider was very friendly and did a great job.  Left no mess behind and told me about the damage to the inner parts of my chimney.  He said it needed to be replaced but wasn't being a pushy salesman and even said to get some quotes and call them back he I don't find a better deal.  They were on the expensive side when it came to replacing the panels tho.  But overall I would use them again to clean my chimney.

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with.  
We had kind of an unusual project, but they jumped right in and handled it beautifully.  The project was set back by problems on the supply end (not the fault of Brick Solutions, but rather of Lowe's, who sold us a broken window) and Joe took it in stride.  He just moved us around in his schedule and everything worked.  (We were able to be somewhat flexible, which helped.)
When problems came up (again, with Lowe's), he returned text messages within minutes and gave me the confidence to move ahead in his absence.  
As the project progressed, we asked Joe to do other related tasks (like our steps and eaves), which he was happy to do at a very fair price.
The only drawback was that Joe & Co. don't  do any interior work, so we had to hire other contractors to finish this rather large project.  Not a big deal, but we would've been perfectly happy to hire Brick Solutions to do everything!

"The worker arrived on time a was courteous, but I was not impressed with the quality of service. I had been having problems with a light fixture, but when the worker tried it worked perfectly and I haven't had any problems since. I also asked him to check an outdoor outlet that had one plug that didn't work. He tested it and said both plugs had power. This is an outdoor outlet so I didn't use it again until spring, at which time I found the one plug still does not work. I asked him to check a second exterior outlet. The pool company had noted there was a problem with the outlet but hadn't specified what it was. The electrician checked the plug and said everything was fine, but when the pool was opened in the spring the pool company again noted a problem with the outlet, this time specifying that the GFI would not trip and needed to be replaced. It seems like this is something an electrician should have noticed."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
