Did everything they advertised, however very little grass seed seemed to take root.  Not sure is issue was my soil, their seed or some other issue(s), but there were no recommendations or any follow up.  They did what they advertised, were prompt and professional - I'm just disappointed with the results.

"The energy in our first conversation got me really anxious for Mad-Family Tree Service to come out to my property for a free estimate. When Jonathan Madison got here on Thursday 5/9/2013 at 4:30pm. he was very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers for my problem grass areas. Once Jonathan saw the broken pine, it became an urgency to get down before something/someone got injured. Jonathan had his crew out there Friday morning at 8:00am. the day after my free estimate. Which to me showed his care for my families safety.
Mad-Family Tree Service was referred to me from a friend of my family. I was nervous after i had another company tell me i would need a company with a bucket truck. I explained to Jonathan some of my financial issues and that i would have to wait if it was going to be over $800.00 to get the one broken pine tree. Jonathan showed concern not only for my property but for my safety as well. He re-assured me there would be no use for a bucket truck and everything will come down by roping piece by piece.
After completion Jonathan pointed out another pine tree that could possibly be a hazard. He understood my financial standing and did this tree for me out of good grace. Jonathan said  " I cant allow this tree to stand as a threat, since i have placed my eyes on it. I will get this down as long as you get these three business cards into the right hands."  I was so impressed with his business ethics and explained that i would do more than just pass out  three business cards.
I was very amazed at the passion that this company showed for the safety of their customers. "He’s a plumber and he’s excellent.  He was recommended to us by a neighbor.  Then we found out that he was with Angie’s list and we also saw all the advertising about him.  We don’t know how much he charged us for his services but he’s reasonable.  We don’t have the dollar and cent amount because we have several different things that he does.  It’s not a flat amount.  He always calls before he comes.  He always comes when he says he’s going to come, or he calls and says whatever it is.  He’s very knowledgeable.  He’s very polite and very personable.  We are snow birds.  So we basically rely very heavily on the repair people down here.  We will absolutely use him again in the future."

Initially, he seemed like he was very very knowledgeable, very friendly and gave us thoughts that he knew what he was doing. They arrived on time. They're very good. The crew was pretty quick and efficient. One problem I had was they didn't come with enough materials. They had to reschedule for a completion of some. There were some minor issues that we ran into. They were supposed to paint the chimney cap and never actually did that. It's not a big deal but the other thing was the warranty and we kind of had a fight with them for the warranty to actually be processed. The warranty was the big thing and it was a lifetime warranty and I guess there were personal things that came up. It was just basically what I've learned late, but it took us probably eight months to get the warranty to be processed. That was my biggest concern, but the warranty company ensures me that everything is good even though the paperwork has the wrong number on there and I am assuming that's because they had the wrong number initially which is why they didn't have enough material.
