"I spoke with Bill from SMITHWRIGHT HOME IMPROVEMENT SERVICES, LLC and we set an appointment to meet on March 4, 2011 to go over the work I would like to have done. Bill came on time and we went over all the things I need done to my house, plus he was honest in informing me him does not have experience in putting down hardwood floors, which I appreciate his honesty, so that part would be contracted out to another company. Bill took pictures of what I needed done, so he can remember when writing up an estimate. I have yet to receive an estimate from Bill, even though he did state he would need some time to get an estimate together to send to me because he is working on another project. I still have not received any follow-up call or email."
