"This is our second time using Vitaly and Restoration Guild for furniture repair.  Again, he did an excellent job.  We have a white distressed-finish dining table.  It was stained with a red substance over the Christmas holidays and also had a couple discolored spots of unknown origin.  Vitaly removed all the stains/spots with ease.  He is punctual, professional and expert as his craft.  We wouldn't consider using anyone else.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I used Timber previously about 5 years ago and was very pleased with their work. I also have several neighbors who use them exclusively. So calling them when I decided I needed to have 11 trees cut down, with 4 or 5 of those being about 60 feet tall was a no brainer. However, initial contact for the current job was a little sloppy and unexpected based on previous experience. It was sloppy because I asked the office for a call back to get an idea when I could expect to see someone show up to give me a quote. Then I called the next day with that specific request - no response. So I called the next day as well to determine why I couldn't get a call back. Exactly how busy are these guys? Very, apparently. But that afternoon Stan, the owner, showed up at my house. We did a walk through of the work that needed to be done, he gave me a price which was suitable to me and the next morning the crew arrived to remove the trees. And as always the crew was excellent, careful, courteous, and hard working. So the moral here is to bug the office until Stan shows up because from that point on it is very smooth and nothing sloppy about it. <br />"

Della got right on it, calling their work shop, and I had my completed pieces within a week. Their upholsterer did a wonderful job, and I am very pleased with the finished pieces."

Initially I thought I would need to buy all new kitchen cabinets because of the poor condition of the cabinets. Greg came into my home took the cabinet doors home and worked his magic. You would never believe these are the same cabinet doors. Greg refinished the cabinets to match the doors and glazed the doors and trim. He added crown molding to the tops of the cabinets. Greg also made a custom counter top for my kitchen and a custom counter top for my summer kitchen. The finished result far exceeded my expectations."
