I received a confirmation text, a follow-up call when the technician was in route, and even a text introduction with a picture and background info on the technician. Who does that? **Keep Smiling does.** Technician **Byron Solares** was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. I explained that I have my elderly father with a breathing condition living with me, and Byron not only resolved the issue efficiently, but took the time to explain everything clearly. The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"No findings, no solution, no explanation… collected the fee… the issue is still there. I had Triad Mechanical Company for our HVAC issue that the outdoor unit is not running. I told Paul, the assigned technician, that we had tried resetting the power to the outdoor unit but that only brought the unit back on running for a few days before it stopped running again. I asked Paul’s help diagnose the issue for the root cause. However, when I came to the property just a few minutes later than Paul, he told me that he had done his work already, well, by simply resetting the power to the unit! (although I told him that we already tried that but it didn’t work!)… He didn’t have the patience to explain to me what diagnosis he had done (within that a few minutes) and he didn’t even bother to come off his truck to show me but saying “go ask your tenant”. He collected the fee and left. I will never trust nor use Triad Mechanical Company again!"
