"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."

"The salesman (John Melton) was very professional and recommended a whole unit replacement, due to the gas heat being over 20 years old, he assured me that the replacement unit would work well for me. The installers (Jon Meyer and Alfredo Calvillo) were great. They were on time, very courteous, and they cleaned up and removed everything. They also explained the new system and tested the functioning of the heat and air. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend Anytime Heating & Cooling, Inc highly."

Excellent.  It required 2 trips from Kalahari Electric, but they made both trips and only charged me for 1.  On the initial trip, there were some issues with installation of the original fixture I had selected, and the installing electrician was unable to complete the install and had to reinstall the original fixture.  To their credit, they agreed that the original installation failed as a result of a miscommunication on their part (I'm sure some of it was my issue as well), and they were willing to come back and install a new fixture that was better suited for the space without charging me another trip charge.  I found them to be very professional, very committed to doing the job right, and very committed to customer satisfaction.  Sometimes you can only see how professional a company is when there is a problem and you see how they address it.  Kalahari did good.

"First of all, he is totally trustworthy.  My husband and I work full time so he did a lot of the work when we were not home. He does so much more than than a regular tile person does.  He made a suggestion to paint the vanity and put new knobs on instead of replacing it.  We painted it Smoky Brown to match the trim and it looks terrific.  Even the small suggestions that he made, such as putting in wood trim where the builder had put in cheap tile made a difference.   The small details took a very plain bathroom from blah to beautiful! You cannot go wrong with Fil.  He shows up when he says he will and he and his team work until the job is done! Next we are going to have him remodel our master bathroom.

Several days later, Mike called and stated the service to be performed, ensuring the size of the replacement hard disk drive, and provided the approximate cost. Within a week (Memorial Day weekend was during this period), Mike delivered the computer back to my house.
