"The process went mostly smoothly. The initial estimate was done, but after having several estimates, it became clear there was a math error from TPC, but Ramone came out quickly to fix it. We picked our granite, and Ramone was very understanding when I had to repeatedly reschedule due to an injury I had sustained when building and installing the cabinetry (nothing too serious). The team had to review our kitchen again to ensure everything would fit as expected, as they were not sure if they were going to be able to have the grain flow in the same direction throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, that led to TPC rescheduling with us, which they communicated poorly. However, they did a great job when they came out, and were very professional and courteous."

They cleaned and removed ALL the leaves, not just from the yard, but from just about every corner of the house as well (walkway, patio, bushes, etc...). They trimmed all the hedges and even laid down a fresh layer of potting soil. But I was the most pleasantly surprised about the fence. I had fully expected them to simly repair the section of fence we'd discussed by adding a few new slats. Instead, the rebuilt the entire section! Our house looks like a brand new property now! Working with them was simple and convenient. Our communication took place entirely via text and Angie's List messaging.
