"Ongrade plumbing and excavating was a god send. Unbelievable how clean and professional they were from start to finish on my sewer line replacement. They did their best to protect my grass with plywood and did a very good job cleaning up given the huge pile of dirt! Thier pricing was amazing compared to some of the other estimates I received from other company's. Highly recommend to anyone for any of thier home or business plumbing issues"

"These guys are awesome and really make you feel confident in the service they are providing you."

"Jake took down our old barn and removed two dead trees and relocated our water hydrant. He showed up a week before the job to give my husband advice on removing the electrical panel and get exact dimension for water hydrant. All went smooth in this 95 degree weather. Thanks Jake, you did a great job!"

"Cassidy came out the same day we called. He was honest and fair in his pricing. The work included replacing a water heater, installing a pressure relief valve and kitchen faucet. His work was done correctly and he cleaned up before leaving. Good job and would use again."

"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"Tim came out and quickly told us it wasn't our water heater that was the problem -- a previous repairman came out, look at our water heater for about a minute, and declared we needed a new one. It ended up being a clogged hose from our AC that was backing up. Tim saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and restored our faith in service people. We will be Mr. Rooter customers FOR LIFE."

"Seemed to go very well. Craftsmanship was good, but not great, and the price was very high."

"They showed up on time and did a quick and great job for a reasonable price."
