"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Their guys have gotten younger and less experienced. They were kind of tag teaming and I had to watch them quite a bit, but they did do what I asked. They did want to cut some corners as far as taking some grill covers off and cleaning the vents. That part I wasn't happy about, but I'd still probably use them again but have to supervise them a little. I had used them several years before. I had a brand new house and the roof was leaking down on to the the HVAC system in the attic. This guy he took all the time in the world to show me where i need to look at on the burners, the switches, why the plug was not working..etc. He went into detail to educate me, know they got a crew that's younger and less experienced. Their availability was good. They did come out on a short notice. I thought the price was good, it was average. We had two units, which was $45 a unit. It was a good deal."

"I cannot express my gratitude to Derryberry’s Air and Heating of Gallatin. We found them online through Angie’s List and we checked reviews there and on Yelp. We purchased our new home prior to completing the sale of our old one. My husband moved into our new (previously owned but vacant) home and found that the HVAC was inoperable in the middle of the Polar Vortex winter weather system. We received several estimates, and Derryberry’s was not he cheapest, but their expertise, thoroughness, quality of the equipment, and willingness to work with my husband (a talented DIYer) made them our first choice. These guys knew their business. From the initial estimate meeting, to the scheduling and installation, everything went smoothly, as promised, no surprises, etc. They completely tore out the old heat pump and venting system, installed ALL new venting runs, upgraded gas lines (we changed from electric to propane) insulated all venting and installed a wireless thermostat, condenser, ION air purifier and HVAC. They cleaned up daily (this was a BIG project) and discussed all installation parameters or changes with my husband prior to doing anything. We liked the quality of their services so much, that we just had them return to quote us a secondary unit for an upstairs bonus room and zoned AC system for an enclosed solarium. My husband said that each of the workers, said goodbye and shook his hand each day upon leaving. Little things count. Thorough, honest, quality service providers. Thank you."

"Tech showed up and refilled AC unit with Freon. Very good service."

"Overall, we were very satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that Covenant LLC provided. We had Covenant LLC install a radon mitigation system for our basement. Initially my husband and I met with David for the estimate and consultation. David spent the time to explain how radon can get into the basement, what the system would look like, and how he was going to make sure it was working. After meeting with David at Covenant, we met with a competitor who were definitely not as knowledgeable, were not going to seal any of the cracks or holes in the foundation or even follow industry standard by venting through the roof of the house. The day of install the crew was personable and professional and if they had any questions, they asked. The 3" pipe that Covenant had to install to run through a closet and into the attic. In order to do this, they had to drill through the porcelain title floors and run through 3 shelves. They spent extra time to jig-saw cut the shelves around the pipes and they took special care not to crack any of the porcelain tiles and when finished it looked like it was built with the house. After completion, Covenant came back and tested the radon levels which were reduced to below their guarantee, which itself is orders of magnitude below the EPA limit. We were probably not the easiest clients to work with as we had Covenant move the roof penetration several times until the noise was completely unnoticeable. David was always polite and professional and he wouldn't be satisfied with the job until we were satisfied. We highly recommend Covenant Air to anyone who is considering these services."

"It went fine with the exception that after turning off the gas service, they did mention that, and subsequently they did not relight the hot water heater or the fireplace pilot light. Cold showers are not fun.

"Brian repaired my master shower, something I had spent 2 years not wanting to use because of all the problems. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and barely made any noise or created any dust! And my shower looked like new after he left - and functions like a new shower. Can't get any better than that. I will definitely call Brian again if I have any work that needs attention at my house."
