We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. I called ZOOM DRAIN and spoke with Brooke. She was a great help. James and Josh showed up on time the next day and did their magic. They replaced six feet of the broken drainage pipe. And we were 100% fixed. They even caulked the solvent welded new pipe fittings to add extra protection from future tree root damage.
