On a rainy, cold evening last week I arrived home after dark to find that I couldn't get my garage door open.  I didn't want to leave my car on the street overnight and since this is a townhouse community, it's difficult to leave a car in the shared driveway.  After a quick call to a friend who had a similar problem recently, I called GDS hoping to get the problem fixed that evening.  The young lady who took the call explained how they operate and assured me they should be able to get to me within a hour or so.  She also directed me to their website to check out the current coupons.  In about an hour and 15 mins. I was held hostage by my garage! :( I called him and explained my situation as I had to pick up the kids at 3:30.  Even though he had another appointment across town, he came to my home and opened the garage so that I could get my car out.  He then promised to be back the next day to do the repairs.  He was there promptly the next day and completed the job in a timely manner.  I wish he did more than garage doors....Homar is exceptional and I would recommend him to everyone.  I have also passed his information on to my neighbors.  They may not need him now but we all moved in this area together so they may be needing hm sometime in the near future.
