"Called to replace water heater. Replaced next day, professionally at a very reasonable price."

"Victor installed a 40 gallon gas water heater. Victor gave me options during the estimate. Victor installed the gas water heater the same day. Victor was very professional during the whole process. I will probably hire Perma-seal again If all employees at Perma-seal are like Victor."

"I had a great experience with Eric, the owner of this company. He showed up on time. He was knowledgable and didn't fix anything unless it required to be fixed. I had quite a bit of plumbing needs in my basement. I needed a new water heater, toilet, and sump pump. I was planning on removing the old water softener, but he managed to get it up and running. He installed new valves to replace the awful saddle valves that were there from previous owners. I knew from previous experience, that saddle valves would end up leaking if they were not taken care of. He was also REASONABLY priced. He wasn't scary high or oddly low. As a single mother, I felt safe in his presence and did not feel taken advantage of regarding the work involved. Eventually I will need to replace the water shut off valve and put in a new bathroom vanity. I will definitely hire him again! I'm so relieved to find a knowledgable plumber that does not take advantage of unknowledgeable people and who charge a reasonable and fair rate. Thank you Eric for the amazing work you have completed for me! I will be calling you soon!"

"He was on time and took out my old system and installed the new one. The price was exactly what was quoted. Excellent service! He even called 5 days later to check on the install. Would highly recommend them."

"They were very good. They were quick. When I called them up for some service, they came on the same day. The guys are pretty nice. They talked to me and explained to me what was going on. We bought the water heater in January of this year and then three months later, the odor showed up in the water."

"Although more involved than originally planned he got it done. A copper pipe needed to be run under an addition to the outside wall and he got it done. No problems since the work was done.
