He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. "Metro Air did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company, especially Ron, my technician. At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. "Did a very good job of cleaning out condensate lines. Very thorough and blew out the line several times to be sure. Arrived when they said they would. I thought the charge was a little expensive for the work performed. However, not having any other experiences with A/C repair, I don't have anything to base it on. I expected about a third less than he charged. But, I would rather have good dependable service than a shoddily done repair. Talked to them about some future business. Family-owned business who cares about their customers and the job they do."
