The first visit led to only one faucet being repaired which then broke that night leaving the shower inoperable. Another technician was scheduled to repair the shower and review the second leaking bathroom, but no one showed up. I called in the next day and was told there was a scheduling error and that they would send someone out as soon as possible. This tech was able to fix the broken shower, but did not have time to fix the second and required yet another visit. After the next visit both showers were in good working order again, about a weeks time and $500 later (3 new cartridges). So like I said, the work was completed, but due to the lengthy process and relatively high cost of labor I would not recommend this company."
