The project was finished on-time, even with an unforeseen issue that occurred (not due to their part - defective toilet from the manufacturer). I highly recommend them for people seeking quality work for a fair price."

"Do NOT use Premier Home Pros. They installed my shower several months ago, took full payment, and never completed the job. The trim was never installed, and despite multiple calls and promises that someone would ?take care of it,? nothing has been resolved. Every time I called, I was either transferred to voicemail, hung up on, or told someone would follow up ? but no one ever did. Their customer service is unprofessional and unresponsive. They advertise a lifetime warranty and claim to stand behind their work, but once they have your money, they do not take responsibility. I?m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone."
