"Matt was very responsive to my call and worked me into his schedule. He diagnosed the problem and advised we would have to dig down to the main water line entering the house. He quoted a price for the full job and also gave me a price if I hand dug it myself. I chose the latter and it worked out great. He arrived back the next day and fixed the broken copper pipe. He returned to install a new faucet and we were credited for the installation of the initial cartridge. All of our questions were answered as the repairs were assessed and recommendations were made. Anthony Branam was the plumber and he was very professional, courteous, well-qualified, and did an excellent job. The work seemed to be at a higher cost than plumbers we have dealt with in the past, but the quality seems to be better."
