My unhappiness, and the reason for lower than A rating, stems from having all the contents of the garage shoveled out into a heavy rain storm when I couldn't get the garage cleared fast enough to suit the contractor's time schedule. Extra time and expense on my part to salvage or replace the contents of the garage."

"I called Mike around 10AM and left a message with his service. Within minutes he had returned my call and was able to set an appointment to see my problem within a few hours. Mike needed parts to effect my repair and the only source for them was at least 60-90 minutes round trip. I fully expected to have him come back another day, but he recognized that I had a lot of expensive equipment in my garage and he knew it was not a great idea to leave it unlocked with a damaged opener. He didn't hesitate and told me if it was OK with me he would get the part and be back late afternoon/early evening to fix the door. Sure enough, he was back when he said, repaired the door and secured my garage all this AND at a very reasonable price.
