And when I say immediately, I mean 11:30 PM.  We had hoped to see him in the next day or so, but he came that evening. We were more than appreciative.  The job required him to come back the next morning to complete, and he was here less than 10 hours later. We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! "I looked for a/c repair on a Sunday, not expecting any replies. To my surprise, Clark Forbes not only replied but said he would be able to come out later in the day. He kept in communication to let me know approx. time of arrival. he came out and got it running. my central a/c is 51 years old with no parts ever replaced. It still had some issues that could not be solved without additional parts likely needed. he checked on parts available for such an old unit the next day as promised. he kept in communication all the next day and discussed what direction I wanted to go with such an old unit. we agreed that if it quits in the future we might continue with parts, but would have to evaluate the rational cost of fixing a 51-year-old unit /versus replacement. I would recommend his services to anyone and his quick response and constant communication were wonderful in this day and age of people not getting back to you."
