A lot of rodent feces, as well as condensation around the ducts of my air conditioning system. He also mentioned other things and showed me with pictures. He’s going to write everything up so I can see it and understand it. They can come out next week to take care of it. I am so relieved that I called and that one company can handle everything. "Great! Jeff arrived early for the tenant-requested 8 AM appointment even though he had what must have been an hour's drive to get there. He went about his business professionally and (importantly) honestly, checking for signs of mold. He concluded that there was not a mold problem, and gave the tenant and me the details of how he came to his conclusion. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of his vocation.
