Corey W (H) was the tech that came out to the house and troubleshooted/resolved the problem (leaking refrigerant). He also advised on probability of future repairs. Sadly, the unit performed well for only a short time before failing. It was time to consider my options. Repairs were becoming more frequent and costly. Tyler (H System Designer) visited and walked around my house inspecting my current HVAC system. We discussed repairing or replacing my ailing AC unit. He recommended replacing with a split ductless system and emailed a quote for 1. Enhanced Mitsubishi hyper heat mini split system (system) 2. "Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"It went very well. They did what they could. Part of the problem was they would have to take out part of the wall. Once they were aware of me they very responsive. 

I purchased 3 big deals and only 1 of the service providers actually knew of the purchases 2 weeks after the purchase. So apparently there is a problem between Angie's List and the contractors.

"I did not have the work done. I rated C because the staffer seemed to know what he was talking about. When quoted a higher price, around $400.00, versus what I had planned, I deferred. The higher price included a "deep cleaning" extending beyond the ducts. I felt unprepared and pressured."
