Before leaving he cleaned the area he was working thoroughly. and reviewed what he had serviced. Dana took the time to explain there was part in my heater that was worn, showed me the problem and assured me that he would order the part and be back to fix it properly. "Mr. Miller (Bobby) is a great guy and as well a talented plumber. I’ve known him for at least 20 years now and I wouldn’t think to call a different plumber. He’s on time and responsible. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself.
