"When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us! To speed the process I took photos of the area that I wanted work performed. I then emailed them to Neal with my approximate measurements and he took it from there. He came out to confirm my measurements and fabricated/installed a new railing. The work is solid and I would use him again.

"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. I highly recommend Mark's Lawn & Landscape!"

"We are having a fence put up along our property lines and needed several shrubs and small trees cleared out. I called Freestate on Friday, the 25th and was able to set up an estimate for the following Sunday morning. Ben showed up on time, gave an estimate and confirmed they would be able to get me on the schedule for that week.
He promised to follow up with me right away to confirm the details. I received a voicemail later in the day confirming that we were on the schedule for the following day! We had a couple emails back and forth and received extremely fast responses each time.
As promised, the crew came out on Monday and removed everything. They did a great job clearing everything out without leaving any debris. The stumps were also ground out and my lot looks like there were never any shrubs/ trees planted in that location.
We had a great experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job and would recommend them to anyone needing tree work.

"s was my first job.  I understand how things will work in  the future.  The serviceman put in the fence post with quick dry cement, but he was not able to install the hardware to the new post to hang the fences.  Although I have had no fence for 2 weeks it was no one's fault. I am using the same company to finish the job.

The work was a bit complicated as custom design elements had to be integrated with existing structure but the Kargmans team was professional and adapted well and did a great job. I am especially impressed with Marcos and his abilities. The only weakness in the experience was the communications with the front office could have been a little bit better as the initial list of materials we were provided with was wholly inadequate for the work that needed to be done. It would have been better to have an installer come a few days earlier and give a more comprehensive list of materials that needed to be bought. Overall, definitely a good experience"
