Mark is an amazing HVAC technician. He knows his stuff and has proven to be trustworthy in his heating/cooling system knowledge and repairs. When I had a recent burdensome furnace ignitor issue arise. ARS was as puzzled as I was. They assured me that they would do what it took to identify and troubleshoot the problem. They did just that!!! I thanks ARS for their loyalty to good and honest customer service!"

"John Mullen provided me with OUTSTANDING service when my A/C broke. I called John at 8:23 PM on a Friday night and asked him if he could help me. My home was already 78 degrees and rising with a dog and two small children. He was in his car going home from a long day's job and turned around to come to my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple blown capacitor. He replaced the part, told me how much it would probably be for a new A/C unit with and without a furnace if/when I would ever need one, but said it was not necessary right now, that my unit should run for a while longer even though it was old. Then, at 9 PM on a Friday night, after what I am sure was a long hot day for him, he took the time to show me how to clean my A/C unit with my garden hose to increase efficiency and decrease the chance of breakdown. He left my house, work completed all for only $90, at 9:08. Now that is outstanding. At no time did John try to sell me a new A/c unit or furnace, even though my units are both very old. He simply advised me of the possible cost if I wanted to do that. He went out of his way and well beyond normal business hours, to come and fix my problem for minimal cost. He was polite, clean, informative, and honest. And again, he took the extra 10 minutes at 9PM at night to advise me on routine maintenance, for free. The previous home owner had this unit serviced regularly by a different company. I initially called them and left a voice mail as they were closed. I am writing this review on Sunday afternoon and still have not heard from them. If not for John I could have been without A/C for 3 or more days. I am a critical person and do not believe in praising people just for doing their job. I am much more inclined to leave bad reviews for poor service, than good reviews for just providing the service you are paid to do. Please consider that when reading how much I am praising this man for going above and beyond. Hire him, you will not be sorry."

"We were so happy to have Sullivan Super Service (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling) come today to repair our central air conditioning unit and to service our HVAC system. Sullivan's technician, Bob Anderson, was polite, professional and experienced. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and counsel. Our AC has been out for a few days in a current hot spell, and Sullivan was the only company that contacted us. They proved the old saying that in winning, half of the battle is just in showing up and being there. We were not Sullivan customers before, but we are now! Sullivan's service was SUPER!"

We had this company install a new HVAC system high efficiency, 16 sear unit, and two infinity wifi controls,, with zoning, new filter system, some duct work, with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I choose J.A. Sauer because I know that they will still be there when you need them. I recommend this company to everyone."

They did a great job explaining the various types, why some might work better than others, and which they thought would be best for our house (others we contacted were not nearly as thorough). "We have the Reliable Homeworks coverage from Peoples, so I placed a call to their emergency number this morning, Sunday, July 24th, at approximately 10 am. They told me a rep from Wade Heating and Cooling would be giving me a call. At just past Noon I got a call from one of their techs in response to my request for service. He said that he was nearby and would be by my house in approximately a half hour. He did arrive in that time. I had explained to him what had happened when my A/C stopped working. He thought he knew what the issue was before he even got here. As soon as he arrived he got to work. Long story short, he had our A/C up and running in a half hour, by 1:00 pm, an hour after he called me back. Now that's what I call service. Wonderful cool air is coming out of my vents again and cooling my house back down, couldn't be happier. The tech was very professional and friendly, and obviously knew his job well."
