"I had contacted HomeAdvisor late last night with a plumbing problem at my rental house. Anthony called me at 8:30 am this morning to discuss my needs. He advised me on the phone of what he believed my issues with my water tank and faucet were and gave me a rough estimate of the cost of labor and materials. I had already researched the costs on-line and he was exactly in the ball park. He had another job but said he try hard to make my job happen today if possible. He agreed to look at the job this afternoon. He called to tell me he was on his way at 12:30 pm and arrived at 1:00 pm. He and his assistant were outstanding in friendliness, communication, professionalism, quick assessment and a fair and competitive estimate. He even gave me a senior discount! He was courteous and informative with my tenants. He completed the all work in an amazing 3 hours; including his assessment, written bid, driving to purchase and deliver a new water heater, draining the old and removing it, installing the new tank and bale valve, also installing a new bathtub faucet and repairing the handle. He needed an additional part for the handle (but made it operational for my tenants) and agreed to install it at no additional return trip charge tomorrow. The work area was left perfectly clean, I highly recommend Anthony the Plumber and will use him again next week for more work at my primary residence.. I've found my "go to" Plumber in Anthony!"

An estimate was provided; the replacement appointment was conveniently scheduled; and they arrived on time. David and Justin replaced the water heater and respected the work area leaving no trace behind. Highly recommend their work. Very cost appropriate. We ended up replacing the unit and Jordan was able to help us find the right unit for our needs. He installed the new heater quickly and cleanly and was able to take the old one away for us. He explained the settings on the new heater to us and was quick to respond to a call when we had a follow-up question. The heater has worked perfectly since and we are very glad we found Jordan. He will be our first call for any plumbing needs in the future. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. Some service people in the past have made us feel stupid or like we are inconveniencing them by hiring them. Jordan was very nice and seemed genuinely happy to help us out. "
