"Angie’s List set me up with this handyman after the first one didn’t do what he was supposed to.  The young man who, I guess he’s the owner, he was personable.  He was efficient.  He actually needed some wood to do the one project and I had a little bit but not enough so I said I’ll go to the hardware store and get the wood, you just tell me which kind you want.  He said okay and while you’re gone I’ll do the other projects you asked me to do.  When I came back they were all done and he was waiting for me to give him the wood which he then immediately used and got my air conditioner, it’s an in-the-wall air conditioner on another little building I have, and it was done and done beautifully.  There were no problems at all.  He was away on vacation when I first called.  I called him on the day he left.  I had to wait for him to get back, although I didn’t know that was why I was waiting."

They replaced the garage door motor (along with new remotes and outside entry keypad) and the new one is fantastic. My old one was from 1997. Our home in Sun City West was pre-owned and had crown molding in the living/dining room that had been installed by the previous owners and a different company. We wanted iCrown to install crown molding in our kitchen/family room. I called them last week and the crown molding is already installed. Dana, the owner, is extremely personable, professional and efficient. They even repaired a bad joint in the living room.
