"This company did such an extraordinary job I have never been so impressed. I have a three-story house that badly needed to be repainted. Dany and his team certainly delivered. My home is so clean and shiny it looks better than when we brought it brand new."

"Exquisite attention to detail. Everything was padded, wrapped and treated with the utmost care. Avery and Augustine were such hard working, pleasant professionals. And they looked out for my animals. Awesome work!

"Angie’s List set me up with this handyman after the first one didn’t do what he was supposed to.  The young man who, I guess he’s the owner, he was personable.  He was efficient.  He actually needed some wood to do the one project and I had a little bit but not enough so I said I’ll go to the hardware store and get the wood, you just tell me which kind you want.  He said okay and while you’re gone I’ll do the other projects you asked me to do.  When I came back they were all done and he was waiting for me to give him the wood which he then immediately used and got my air conditioner, it’s an in-the-wall air conditioner on another little building I have, and it was done and done beautifully.  There were no problems at all.  He was away on vacation when I first called.  I called him on the day he left.  I had to wait for him to get back, although I didn’t know that was why I was waiting."

"Everything went smoothly when I? selected and placed the order for my new carpet.? Arnold is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional.? He was a great help to me in selecting a beautiful carpet.? After the carpet arrived in Phoenix, everything went? well.? The carpet is excellent and the installers were professional and? fast in tearing out the old and installing the new carpet. However, getting the carpet to Phoenix was a challenge.?The problem was not with Specialized Flooring, but with the supplier, who made errors in processing the order, delaying the arrival of the carpet, creating confusion and frustration for everyone.?Adding to the frustration was the supplier's apparent lack of desire to expedite the corrections of their mistakes to ensure delivery of the carpet.??Arnold was? wonderful getting the problems resolved and he kept me informed every step of the way.??He went the "extra mile" in customer service, demonstrating to me that he valued me as a customer.? I strongly recommend Specialized Flooring for your flooring needs."

"Initial contact was fine and we agreed on date and time.  The night before as I emailed confirmation and verification of time; was offered a new date to which I replied no!   The morning of proposed service; no show, no answer on the cell phone; and no response to text and or voice mail.  I was stood up by the provider today; and have offered an alternative - with still no response.   I am still in need of the painting!  He sounded professional at the beginning; now I am not sure.  Fountain Hills to 32/Cactus is not that much 'out of the way'!!    I would love to have given a review of all Excellent; and I'm sure it would be - if he would have only arrived - or contacted me.

"I couldn't get my garage door to close - this had been occurring off and on for two weeks. Finally, the door just died and refused to go up or down. I called A1 and they came out that very same day. They replaced the garage door motor (along with new remotes and outside entry keypad) and the new one is fantastic. My old one was from 1997. This new one is so much better - it is so quiet, I can hardly hear it. It is whisper quiet and wonderful. I appreciated A1's quick response and professionalism.

"Went well. Extremely good price for a table with one or more leaves"

"Straight off the bat, let me start with saying I was tremendously pleased with both the final results of my recent remodel and the working relationship I had with Gary at GBP contracting. As my first major remodel, I had a lot of questions and took my time making choices. Gary was both patient and informative. Once the project started, I was in contact with Gary every day with progress and problems reported. It seems like a strange compliment to say he clearly outlined problems but as no remodel is free of bumps in the road , I sincerely appreciated knowing the details of both the good and the bad. For example there was a problem with getting delivery of my preferred trim. Gary offered alternatives which helped me make final decisions. I changed my mind about the paint color after disliking my first choice. Without any fuss, the painters came back the next day and made the change. The floor tile is beautiful. I had specialty shower tile that turned out better than I had even hoped. The remodel was a rousing success and I plan to use GBP for any future remodel projects without hesitation.

"Extremely well, and amazingly beautiful! Professional, courteous, congenial staff and installers."

"Everything they have ever done for us is impeccable and perfect. I plan to engage their services in the next few months for a new remodel of our home. A little pricey, but actually pretty reasonable for custom furniture.
