Logan came to our home and led us through the insurance claim process. His knowledge, expertise, accessibility and non-patronizing attitude with us made him a pleasure to work with. Our other contact was Nicole in the office, and she, also, was great. If we left a message for either of them, our call was promptly returned. We were told by Logan that the complete job with tear down of existing shingles and re-roofing would be completed in one day .. it was and it was done well and the cleanup was excellent .. no nails or pieces of shingle left behind."

"The representative was willing to meet at our convenience.  He showed us our options and we didn't feel overwhelmed.  The crew showed up at each house for three days.  They cleaned up every day.  The minimal concerns that we had, i.e. a broken pool part from tile falling, were addressed immediately.  And the roofs were inspected after the work was complete as well as the grounds.

These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.  

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business.
