"Al and his son did a great job installing our large flat panel tv’s in our new house. There were a lot of issues that came with our new house but Al was able to fix everything and make it look amazing! I’m so happy with his work that we are going to have him setup our home stereo system too!"

"Justin was very professional and thourough . He also solved some problems that I didn't know how to. The TV installation was done quickly but also very neatly . Justin also installed a wireless sennheiser headset so I could listen to TV at night without disturbing her. The sound is great and justin was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He didn't rush and made sure I understood what he did and how to use everything properly. I will use Justin for all of my future audio visual needs and recommend him to my friends without reservation."

"Perfect. They walked us through all of the options. the install was easy Would hire again."

"Tim arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. As always, simple is never simple. He identified an issue with the mounting bracket we were going to use and replaced it with one that fit our TV. He securely mounted the TV, made adjustments as we requested, and did not rush just to get it done. Instead, he wanted to make sure it was done right and that we had no concerns. Also, our satellite provider had told us we needed new HDMI cables and Tim determined that was not correct, saving us an unnecessary expense. We appreciate his honesty. Excellent service!

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
I will contact Geek Choice again.

"Ben at Soundsgood was very professional, knowledgable and answered all my questions in the initial meeting. I received a quote for the work to be done and they were very reasonably priced. I had multiple quotes and decided to give Soundsgood the job based on great! customer service, along with a very reasonable price for all the things I wanted. I needed my home to be wired for multiple tv's, security, automation (controlled on Ipad) and my Home Theater. The work was completed in the time stated and everything went well and works great. I will definitely refer to my friends and family. Job Well Done!"
