I called my usual Estes Park plumber and was forwarded to Lion since they had taken over the business. They couldn't come on Saturday but David came on Sunday and worked very hard to clear the line. It sort of worked but backed up again after he left. So on Monday two Lion plumbers with cameras and spinning snakes came and got the line to the street certainly cleared out. I am good for now but they recommended fixing the lines permanently for which they gave me an estimate. So, although it took three days to fully resolve the problem I am very happy with the way Lion took ownership of my problem and didn't stop until it was resolved. They had to take detours to my house due to road closures because of wildfires! I am happy to replace my old Estes Park outfit with Lion Home Service.
