"Chris was incredibly responsive. He actually came to the house on a Saturday to see the hot water heater. I thought it was leaking and had to be replaced, but he pointed out it was the expansion tank partially relieving and he did a maintenance on the heater rather than take an opportunity to install a new tank-about a $6000 job. Talk about integrity!!!!"

"Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."

Communication was good and he did everything he agreed to, for the price agreed, and in the timing agreed. I have already hired him for other jobs and referred him to friends.
