They came over and showed me that the spring was in fine shape and was holding the door where it should, and found no fraying on any of my cables and said they did not need to be replaced. Due to the number of cycles on the door I am going to replace the spring before it breaks, but at 50% of the cost and work Precision Door said I needed. I don't doubt the parts Precision Door uses are quality, but a lot of the work they said I needed, I didn't."
