"Dacstar did an outstanding job in upgrading and replacing my water heater. I called on Friday evening at 7:30 and explained my issue and Steve was at my doorstep with his helper by 8:30. How is that for fast service. He saw what needed to be done and got the whole job finished within an hour. Steve analyzed what the issue was, had all the tools and equipment, and did a masterful job in the installation. My phone call to Steve was well received, he gave me a very competitive price, and he delivered on his promise to be there within the hour. Steve is knowledgeable, efficient, and explained everything step by step as well as giving me some maintenance tips which he said would help make the water heater last longer than the typical 10-12 years. He was helpful, personable and pleasant to deal with. He is honest, truthful and keeps his word. I would give Steve and his company a high recommendation. You can’t go wrong with his services!"

"Outstanding and Professional! Chris called me a few minutes of submitting my request. He provided an estimate after I sent him a photo of the broken elbow. Even though he was already committed to work in the city the next day, he told me he would come over as soon as he finished there. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the reported broken elbow. However, he also discovered two more broken copper pipes, some of them hidden behind the drywall. The scope of the repair ended up being well beyond the original estimate and required more time to locate and fix all the damaged pipes. It was already late in the evening, but Chris worked tirelessly until every broken pipe was repaired. During the repair, Chris also noticed a gas leak in our gas dryer, which he immediately fixed. This leak could have led to a serious disaster for our family. We are grateful he fixed it. Chris went above and beyond for us. I will hire him again and strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber."

I independently verified the details, and everything was correct and accurate. The crew came when promised, did the installation well within the estimated time and left the place spotless. Not only that, but they also carefully took out parts of the system that could be re-used, neatly packaged, and left them in the basement for me. "TLDR: This is a great plumbing company and Harris is my current go-to trustworthy plumber. I highly recommend you give HG a call for an estimate if you need plumbing work. I really loved all the work, and I'm rather difficult to please. My experience (over last few months in 2024): HG Plumbing installed our new hot SS water storage tank, a new toilet for a 1/2 bath, and a LG steam washer and dryer (GAS) in our new laundry room. Harris also added a new dryer exhaust vent to bring us up to code, which was quite tricky due to the how the old (incorrect) vent was run, and he came up with a great customized solution for us, which none of the other three plumbers I met with suggested. 10/10 on ALL the work. Harris and his team was on time, easy to communicate with (text/phone/email--he responds to everything!), PROFESSIONAL, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Plumbing on the North Shore feels very expensive and HG prices are actually reasonable for the area, especially considering the excellent quality of the services. Invoices are up front and clear and Harris is extremely knowledgable, personable and easy to talk to (answered all my questions and concerns--and had many). We discussed whole house water filtration and few other upgrades done the line, and Harris is an amazing resource on all things plumbing and local/code issues. For those with MCS or healthy home concerns: I have sensitivities to many home improvement odors/chemicals and Harris was very understanding and respectful of this. Even the caulk he used was low VOC and finished off gassing extremely quickly. Normally I take 3-4 estimates before committing for non-emergency/maintenance work, but from now on I'm just calling HG. Done right is everything in plumbing and much more cost effective in the long run."

"I am very happy that I hired Patience HVAC to replace my hot water heater. I have an oil burner and oil hot water heater. The 18 year old heater was making crackling noises and I was advised by the oil company to replace it. I wanted to convert to a gas hot water heater and tried going through Lowes. However, they only do swap outs if the existing heater is already set up for gas. So I contacted several companies for a quote. Out of all of them, Anthony was the most professional, down to earth and reasonably priced. First, he suggested to explore correcting the issue on the old heater and save me money which was impressive. I decided to proceed with a new gas heater. The quote he gave me was $800 less than the next lowest quote. Anthony sent his workers Caesar and Matt the next day which I greatly appreciated. They were both very polite and wore covers on their shoes so to avoid dirtying my house more than necessary. Anthony came later in the day to ensure everything was done correctly. He then offered to call him with any questions even if they were not pertinent to the work they performed. I am extremely impressed with patience HVAC honesty, professionalism and reasonable prices. I will be sure to recommend them to friends and family. When I am ready to install a ductless air conditioner, I will definitely contact Patience HVAC."
