They estimated a week and were done in 5 days and came back 2 days later to handle the 2 items. They replaced and painted rotting wood around the outside of our home, extended all our gutters into the pipes in the ground, removed all the under deck lattice work trim and replaced it with a much better solution that included a great sliding door to gain access if needed in the future and caulked a high-up window that had developed a minor leak. "I contacted JA drywall to work on some popcorn ceilings for me. Josh was very responsive and arrived on time to give me an estimate. To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. I decided to go with Josh because I felt he was honest, how he communicated with me and because he was available via telephone. Unlike other drywall contractors, who did not show up or were very flaky with the communication. Josh started the work on time and finished when he said he would be complete. Josh did a great job with my ceilings. The drywall was installed, taped, and sanded. I was very impressed with the work they did and I would absolutely hire him again.
