We found Frank on craigslist and I did a lot of homework before we decided on him. He promptly came out for an initial estimate.

He could have not have been any more understanding or nicer. He listen to what we needed and then gave me several different options.

No pressure sale B.S. He knows his stuff inside and out.

Gave a deposit and a week later the work was done. Everything looks great.

Only time will tell about the unit but Frank has made a customer for life.

"Our central air system began short cycling and then completely stopped working- right as we are heading into the first heat wave of the summer. We called the company that had been sub-contracted to install the system when we had an addition put on our house 13 years ago. They came out the next day and told us it wasn't fixable and we would need to replace the system.

Not only did he tell us the problem was fixable, but he made an immediate repair and our house is now cool as we had into tomorrow's 90 degree temperature!
