"Kyle and Justin installed a new 75 gallon water heater in my home this past week. The job was extensive due to need to remove incorrect pvc piping then install proper grade pvc to meet code. In addition they replaced and re install rigid piping for gas lines that apparently builder had not done correctly (shorts cuts!) this was also verified by another plumbing contractor of which we brought in for an estimate. "It went very well. Before my service guy Eric showed up, the company sent me his photo, advised they were following safe Covid practices and gave me an ETA for his arrival. Eric was very professional and he assessed that I needed a new thermocouple. Eric installed the thermocouple and had the furnace running again promptly. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours.
