"Fast, reliable, and affordable service. My central AC is running like new after the repair, and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!"

"My experience with Jose L who did the work was great. He was prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. He was patient with my questions and showed clear dedication to delivering a quality experience. I would rate him straight As across the different categories. Scheduling the service was a different story. I'd grade that a C at best, maybe D. After multiple emails and phone calls that were not returned we finally got someone on the phone and scheduled the service, but they still couldn't provide us full information on the estimated cost of a simple repair. On top of that, it was a 6 week wait for someone to come out. We've been happy with Shavitz in the past but this was a bad experience. We're on their maintenance plan so we hope that will mean better service in the future."

"I was so happy with Mr. Duct service! From the first contact person I talked with to the person who performed the cleaning at the house, everyone provided excellent customer service and did a wonderful job cleaning the ducts. I will certainly use this service again. Thank you for all you did for us. "

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. I would definitely use All Temp Heating and Air Conditioning again and recommend them to anyone dealing with air conditioning issues."

"I called them for central A/C repair and furnace servicing, and they exceeded my expectations. The team quickly diagnosed the issues and fixed everything without delay. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommended for any HVAC needs."

"They came to service in July, and then they repaired and fixed the UV Light in January free of charge."

"Very straight forward conversation. Very pleasant service. Made me feel good about my decision to go with them."

"Full Efficiency heating and cooling has maintained my home AC and heating for many years. The reason why, I trusted my technician Carlos to install a new HVAC service at my new office in Waukegan. He is amazing, always listens to my concerns, educates me, and builds my trust. An amazing team, focused on delivering trusting customer service. A debt of gratitude to Full Efficiency heating and cooling."

"I have been very satisfied with Lasco Heating & Cooling. They have been maintaining and repairing my finance and air conditioning across multiple properties for over 10 years. Keith is a great partner, giving information on how much useful life on parts to help me decide what to replace to prevent emergency service calls. Keith is very responsive and repairs things quickly."

"Great customer experience. Explained the process for the A/C repair and maintenance. I will be using Andrew for my home and investment properties."
