"Vasyl was great! He worked with me to figure out the best solution (Spigot with both hot & cold piping for filling the incoming hot tub). While he was there, he noted that my hot water tank expander was installed in a way that was not the most efficient and asked my permission to fix it, just because it bothered him. You can tell he is passionate about his work! I had intended to ask around for quotes (they were the second to visit) but they came in at less than half of the price of the first quote for twice the installation (adding the hot water line), so I agreed on the spot, and Vasyl installed it the next morning."

"It was a rainy weekend…We had rapid leaking from the pipes in our basement ceiling (discovered over the weekend). We had called or regular company and other plumbers/services and all “took a message” or flat out said they were not available. Sunday morning I decided to try one more time. Rob answered the phone himself and offered to come over later in the day. He called back to let me know the exact time of his arrival. I didn’t know the source of the water so we weren’t doing laundry or dishes. Rob arrived and quickly located the source of the water and repaired the problem. We were expecting to pay $$$ because it was a Sunday emergency call. The price was quite reasonable but he gave us a discount on the full service price because he only needed to perform a part of that service…we now have a new friend and a new plumber.
